# DECI Credit & Tokenomics

DeciAI’s token economy is designed to be transparent, execution-friendly, and aligned with real usage.\
DECI functions as the network’s core utility and governance asset, while DECI Credit operates as the non-transferable participation layer that converts into DECI over defined periods.

### Total Supply

DECI Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 (1 billion)\
The supply is fixed; no additional minting or inflation is supported.\
There is 0% transaction tax, ensuring maximum efficiency for trading, bot execution, arbitrage systems, and agent-based strategies.

### Allocation Structure

The full supply of 1,000,000,000 DECI is allocated as follows:

| Category | Percentage | Amount |
| ---------------------------------- | ---------- | ------------- |
| Liquidity Pools & Market Liquidity | 80% | 800,000,000 |
| Credit Conversion Pool | 8% | 80,000,000 |
| Team Long-Term Incentives (Locked) | 5% | 50,000,000 |
| Ecosystem Partnerships & R\&D | 5% | 50,000,000 |
| Strategic Reserve | 2% | 20,000,000 |
| Total | 100% | 1,000,000,000 |
