DeciAI’s development roadmap follows a four-phase structure, progressing from foundational intelligence infrastructure to a fully autonomous, networked intelligence layer used across Web3 and AI systems. Each phase builds on the previous through measurable milestones, expanding both technical capabilities and ecosystem reach.

#### Phase 1 — Foundational Intelligence Layer

This phase centers on constructing the core data and modeling foundation.\
Key achievements include:

* Deployment of the Data Furnace for multi-chain ingestion
* Development of behavioral models and holder-segmentation logic
* Initial versions of risk fields and structural intelligence
* Internal dashboards and early visualization prototypes

The objective is to establish reliable, high-density intelligence that serves as the substrate for all subsequent layers.

#### Phase 2 — Deep Intelligence Upgrade

Phase 2 introduces more advanced cognitive tooling and broader infrastructure coverage.\
Milestones include:

* Multi-chain expansion and cross-chain behavioral modeling
* Neural-level anomaly and early warning systems
* Integration of the DECI Credit system
* First public-facing analytics and intelligence endpoints

This stage transforms DeciAI from a foundational engine into a scalable intelligence service with broader developer and end-user access.

#### Phase 3 — Autonomous Execution Layer

This is where DeciBot becomes fully operational and deeply integrated.\
Deliverables include:

* Launch of DeciBot with multi-strategy execution capabilities
* Full policy engine, risk-bound execution, and real-time intelligence routing
* Integrations with DEX aggregators, CEX APIs, and automated agent frameworks
* Standardized strategy modules for funds, traders, and agent systems

Phase 3 represents the transition from understanding markets to acting within them in an automated, disciplined manner.

#### Phase 4 — Deci Network Universe

The final phase expands DeciAI into a universal intelligence layer for Web3.\
Key outcomes:

* Full opening of Developer API v1 with enterprise-grade performance
* Integration into quant systems, AI agents, DeFi protocols, and network infrastructure providers
* Governance-led evolution of credit rules, intelligence schemas, and ecosystem allocation
* Establishment of the Deci Network as a decentralized, intelligence-driven economic system

Here, DeciAI evolves from a product into a market-wide intelligence substrate powering both human traders and autonomous agents.
